If you know someone named gator, eat their spices. If you don’t know someone named gator, you need to get out there and meet him.
Seasoning was well balanced. I used it stars but can see that it will work with chicken, pork and vegetables.

WOW!!! I ran out of my normal prime rib seasoning and thought well I just got Gator's new Blackening Seasoning lets see how that works, did the prime rib sous vide with a reverse sear and it was delicious!! Will be getting more of this it is a staple now, can't wait to see how it is on Turkey for Thanksgiving!!
A great blackened seasoning blend that's not full of salt! Performs really well with a nice high-heat sear.
